We offer:

We can and will clean:
Kitchens, Bathrooms, Bedrooms,
Dining Rooms, Living Rooms, Laundry Rooms, and Bonus Rooms/ Extra Rooms.
What We Provide
Bedrooms:
•Beds will be made. Bed spreads will be washed and replaced. At your request. •Sweep/Mop and or Vacuumed. •Clutter will be cleared. •Waste bins will be empty. •All surfaces will be dusted and disinfected. •Windows will be cleaned.
Bathrooms:
•Sink, Bathtubs, and Toilets will be properly cleaned. •Waste bins will be emptied. •All surfaces will be dusted and disinfected. •Sweep/Mop. •Bath mats will be properly washed and or Vacuumed. •Clean shower curtains and any extra appliances as needed.
Kitchen:
•Dishes will be washed and put away. •Dust & Sweep/Mop. •Waste bins will be emptied. •Exterior of appliances will be cleaned as needed. •Counters will be decluttered and properly wiped. •Door handles and cabinets will be disinfected and wiped down. •Windows will be cleaned.
Living Room:
•Anything on floors will be properly returned to its right place. •Under furniture will be cleaned. •Clean anything misplaced in or under couch cushions. •Throw pillows and blankets will be placed back neatly. {Washed as needed.} •All surfaces will be dusted and disinfected.• Windows will be properly cleaned.
Dining Room:
•Chairs and tables will be properly wiped. •Sweep/Mop. •Dusting and disinfecting.
Laundry Room:
•Will properly wash, dry, and fold clothes. •Clean lint trap and exterior of washer and dryer. •Sweep/Mop or Vacuumed around laundry areas and hallways. •Any windows will be properly cleaned.
Bonus Room/ Extra Rooms
Including: Home gym, Man cave, Music room, Play room, Craft room, and Home theater.

Cancellations and Sick Policy.
Cancelation:
48 Hour notice of cancelation is required. Any last minute cancels will be subject to a fee.
Sick policy:
If you or your children get sick with a contagious illness (I.e. Flu, Cold, Pneumonia, Chicken pots, or Covid.) Please call or text management to reschedule your cleaning. No fee will be charged.
What will happen if We cannot obtain access to the home.
If no one is home and we do not have access to the home we will contact you.
Give you a 15 minute grace period to respond.
After the grace period if we have not been able to contact you we will be required to leave and reschedule your appointment.
Photography Discount.
There will be a discount applied If you give Ksee Cleaners consent to take Before Photos/ Video’s, After Photos/ Video’s, or Before and After Photos/ Video’s.
These pictures will remain confidential and may be used for Ksee Cleaners website and portfolio.
There will be a consent form to take pictures and videos. We will not take any pictures or videos without your permission.
Everyone needs to sign the consent form before your clean this gives you several options and there is a deny consent option. You still need to sign it.
